It feels more like a home than a stiff office building, which is something we actually like. Gfactor Consulting LLP is a small team. We don't have a giant staff or layers of management. Our workspace is just a few rooms set up with what we need to get through the day. There’s always a bit of paper around and someone is usually on the phone. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We just take on the work, do our best with it, and move on to the next thing. It’s a very local, hands-on way of doing business. Sometimes we have to run out for meetings, but we try to keep regular hours for anyone who wants to stop by Radha Nivas. It is a simple setup, but it works fine for what we do.
