Genser Holidays Pvt Ltd has its registered office in the Edamala Plaza on the ground floor. We are right in Vazhuthacaud, across from the Police Head Quarters, so it’s easy for anyone to find the building. Our day-to-day is pretty much what you’d expect from a travel office in Thiruvananthapuram. We spend most of our time at our desks, looking at holiday packages and trying to coordinate things for people. It can be a bit stressful when a flight gets canceled or someone changes their mind at the last minute, but we just deal with it. The office is usually full of brochures and printouts that we’re working through. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; it’s just us doing the actual work. We like being in this part of town because it feels active. People come in with all sorts of ideas about where they want to go, and we try to make it happen without any fuss. It’s not always easy work, and sometimes the days feel long when we’re stuck behind the computer screens. But we’ve been here for a bit and we know how things work. It’s a simple setup, really. We just want to help people get their trips organized so they can go where they need to go. There’s always a bit of chatter in the office about travel news or local gossip. We're just a small local team.
