You’ll find us in Kallampalam, right in the Thoyekadda Post area of Trivandrum district. The shop is quite close to KT City Hospital, so there’s always a bit of an ambulance sound or people walking to and from the clinic nearby. We’ve been operating out of this space for a while now. It isn't a very large enterprise, just a practical setup for the work we do. The office inside has a couple of desks and some filing cabinets that have seen a lot of use over the years. We spend a lot of time on the phone or dealing with the paperwork that comes with running a business in this part of town. The humidity in Trivandrum can be a bit much, so we usually have the fans running full blast. It’s a quiet enough place most mornings until the traffic picks up on the main road. We see a lot of local faces coming through, mostly people who live in the surrounding villages or workers from the hospital area. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a few notes pinned up. It’s a straightforward operation where we just focus on the daily tasks and making sure everything is recorded properly. Most of our day is spent managing the inventory or talking to people who drop in. It’s a steady pace and we like being part of the local scene here in Kallampalam.
