Faculty

Our place is called Faculty and you can find us in a spot called Kollamonvila Hillview. It is located in Perungallor, which is under the Ayur post office in the Kollam district of Kerala. Being up on a hill means we get a bit of a breeze sometimes, which is nice given how humid Kerala can get during the rainy season. Liju Joy is the one who handles a lot of the things around here on a daily basis. It is a quiet setting, mostly surrounded by greenery and the usual village sounds that you hear in the countryside. We don’t have a massive staff, just a few people who are dedicated to whatever needs to be done that day. The building isn’t anything special to look at, just a sturdy house that serves as our main base. People come by when they need to talk to us about various things, and we usually sit out on the porch or in the small front room to chat. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don’t use a lot of fancy technology or have big meetings that go on for hours. Usually, it’s just a quick chat and then we get back to the work. Life in Kollam has a certain pace to it, and we definitely follow that. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most famous group; we just want to do our part and keep the office running smoothly for the folks who rely on us in this area.
