Our place is located at TC 41/1665-4. It’s a building called Sreekrishna Avittam Thirunal. If you know the Manacaud area in Trivandrum, you probably know the neighborhood. It’s a busy part of town, especially near the post office. We are Eqmax Ventures, and we’ve been operating out of this Kerala address for a while now. The building has that traditional feel you see a lot around here. Inside, it's pretty basic. We have our files, some computers, and a small table where we have our lunch. It can get quite loud outside with the buses and the local traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it. The 695009 zip code keeps us right in the middle of things. Sometimes the stairs are a bit steep for visitors, but nobody has complained too much yet. We started this because we wanted a local base to handle our venture projects. It isn’t a huge corporate setup with glass walls. It’s more like a converted space that fits what we need. We usually have the windows open when the weather is nice, though the dust from the road can be a bit much. Most of our neighbors are regular families or other small shops. We like being part of the Manacaud community. It feels real. You see the same people walking by every morning. We just keep our heads down and do the work we need to do. It isn't much more than that.
