We are located in Ajantha Nagar in the Vattiyoorkkavu area of Thiruvananthapuram. The address is ANRA 145 a, and that is where we run Eport Exim LLP. It’s a quiet residential-style area, which is nice because it keeps the stress levels down while we deal with export and import stuff. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us handling the daily tasks of moving goods across borders. Most of our work involves a lot of tracking numbers and making sure the suppliers have everything ready. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because we don't really see the point in it. We just want to do the work and go home to our families at the end of the day. Sometimes the internet is slow or a shipment gets delayed, and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing it. It’s not always easy, but it is honest work. We have been in Vattiyoorkkavu for a while and we like the neighborhood. We mostly focus on being reliable and getting things done without making any big promises we can't keep. It's a simple operation, really. Just a lot of emails, some heavy lifting now and then, and keeping the books in order so everything stays legal and correct. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we sort through the customs declarations. It keeps the energy up during the slow afternoons.
