Our shop is located at No. 5 Dew Garden in Amirtha Nagar, right in the Kaimanam area. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time, which is nice when we are trying to concentrate on the technical stuff. We deal with medical systems, mostly the kind of things that need a bit of tinkering and regular checking. The space we have isn't massive, but we've tucked every piece of equipment into its own corner. We’ve got a couple of workbenches where we take things apart and put them back together. There’s always a faint smell of solder and cleaning alcohol in the air. We don't have a big reception desk or anything formal. Usually, you’ll find one of us in the back working on a circuit board or checking a monitor. We’ve known the people around Amirtha Nagar for a long time now. It’s the kind of place where people stop to say hello even if they don’t need any medical gear. We keep a ledger of all the parts we have, though sometimes we have to hunt for a specific screw or cable that went missing. It’s just the way it goes when you’re busy with technical repairs. We aren't a big chain, just a local team doing our daily rounds. The rain sometimes leaks a bit near the front door, but we put a bucket there and just keep working through it. It’s not perfect, but it is our place.
