East Coast Tours & Travels

Our place, East Coast Tours & Travels, is located over in Ambalathinkara, right in the Kazhakuttam area of Thiruvananthapuram. We are quite close to Technopark, so we see a lot of the IT people walking around or looking for rides. The address is 695582 if you are looking it up on a map. Being near the tech hub means the traffic around here is always a bit much, especially during the mornings when everyone is rushing to get into their offices. We have a small office where we handle all the bookings and phone calls. It is not a very big space, just enough for us to sit and talk to whoever walks in through the door. Sometimes people just pop in to ask for directions since we are so close to the main tech park entrance. We keep a calendar on the wall and some old maps that we still use sometimes to check routes. The rain hits the roof pretty hard during the monsoon, and we usually have to keep the door shut then to keep the water out. On sunny days, it is nice to see the bustle of the street. We do not try to be anything we are not. We just show up every day, answer the phones, and try to get the schedules right for the vehicles. It is a steady kind of life here in Kazhakuttam and most of the neighbors know us by now.
