We are situated at 79/4 in Veli, right by the Veli Railway Station. You can hear the trains pulling in and out all day long, which actually helps us keep track of the time. The site is pretty large, and we have several sections for different parts of the operation. It isn't a fancy office building; it's more of a functional workspace where things actually get made and moved. We have a lot of dust from the work, and the floors always seem to need a sweep. Most of the guys have been working here for a long time, so everyone knows their role without being told. We don't have many meetings. We just talk while we work or during the lunch break. The office is just a small room with a couple of chairs and a desk that has seen better days. We keep the logs there. It’s important to be near the tracks because of how we move our stuff. Sometimes the power flickers when a big storm comes through, but we just wait it out. We don't have a website or any of that stuff. If people need to reach us, they usually just call the landline or show up at the gate. It's a straightforward way to run things. We focus on the daily output and making sure the trucks are loaded correctly. It’s hard work, but we are used to it by now.
