You can find us over at Karamana in Thiruvananthapuram. The office is located in Kalady, specifically at TC 50/301/2, KSRA/128, which is now TC 55/771. We share the space with Liju V Nair’s place, in the Kodiyil building. It is a bit of a long address but once you get to the Kalady junction, it isn't too hard to track us down. We are a small chit fund group. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us handling the daily collections and making sure the monthly rounds go off without any trouble. Karamana is a crowded area with lots of small businesses and houses packed together, so we see a lot of local faces every day. We handle the paperwork for people who want to save a little bit every month. Most of our members are people we have known for years. We are not trying to be some giant financial institution. We just provide a way for the neighbors to pool their money and get a lump sum when they really need it for a wedding or building a house. The office is small and we usually have the fan running and some tea going for anyone who stops by. We just focus on the work right here in Kalady. It is a quiet business but it keeps us busy enough throughout the month. We prefer doing things this way.
