Dry Crunch Dry Fruits

We are located at 97-G, Sauhridam, in the Pallipuram area of Trivandrum. It is a small setup here for Dry Crunch Dry Fruits, mostly focused on the daily routine of sorting and packing. The air in the room usually has that light, dusty smell of almonds and cashews. We spend a lot of time at the tables making sure every bag is sealed correctly. The 97-G building isn't very large, so we have to be very careful about how we stack the crates. Trivandrum can get very humid, so we are always checking to make sure the storage area stays dry. It is a basic operation with a few of us working together. We don't really have a big storefront; it's more of a place where the work gets done before things go out to the shops. Pallipuram is a nice neighborhood, and we have a good relationship with the people around us. You can usually hear the sound of the sealing machine or someone moving a pallet around. We use simple scales and clear bags. There isn't any fancy branding on the walls inside, just the calendar and maybe a few notes about the next delivery. It is a lot of repetitive work, but we find a rhythm in it. We just focus on getting the dry fruits ready for whoever needs them. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening.
