We’ve been at C 4 Belhaven Gardens in Kowdiar for a bit now. It’s a quiet spot, really, and being right near the PO makes things easier for mail. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done. Some days are busier than others, especially when the traffic picks up near the gardens, but mostly it's just us doing our thing. Most of the people around here know us by now. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing. It’s just a team sitting here, making sure things run like they should. If you’re coming from the main part of Kowdiar, it’s not hard to find. We usually have the windows open if the weather is nice. Sometimes the coffee machine acts up, but we manage. We’ve stayed in this spot because it feels right for us. It’s not about being the biggest, just about staying consistent. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but that’s not really a priority when there’s actual work on the desks. We just come in, do what needs doing, and head home. It’s a local operation, through and through. Nothing too complicated about how we run things here. We just like the neighborhood and the people who pass by. If you drop by, you’ll see we’re just regular folks working away. That’s pretty much the whole story of Degree Controls Inc at this location.
