We started Crossworld Equipments Pvt. Ltd in Pune originally, but we've been operating out of Sai Nivas in the Sreekaryam area of Trivandrum for quite a while now. It's a quiet spot in Cheruvikkal. Most days, you'll find us here dealing with whatever equipment needs sorting out for our customers. It isn't a massive corporate office, just a regular place where we get our work done. We handle different types of machinery and gear. People around here know where we are if they need something fixed or supplied. The weather in Trivandrum can be a bit much sometimes, but we keep the doors open and the fans running. We've got a small team here. Everyone knows their job and we don't spend much time on fancy talk or marketing. Sometimes things get busy and the office looks a bit messy with paperwork and parts everywhere. We try to stay organized, but work comes first. If you're coming down from the main road, just look for the house name Sai Nivas. It’s easier to find than some of the bigger commercial buildings around the city center. We deal with clients near and far, but we like being based here in this neighborhood. It’s practical for us and it keeps our costs down. We've been at this for some time now and we know our way around the equipment we sell. There’s always something to do, whether it’s checking stock or talking to vendors on the phone. We don't have a big marketing department. It's just us.
