Our studio is located in Trivandrum. The name Crazy Legs Dance Academy Crazy Legs Dance Academy is a bit long, but that’s just what we go by. The main thing here is the big open floor and the mirrors. It’s always a bit loud because there’s almost always music playing. We spend our days teaching different moves and trying to get everyone to stay in time. The floor is made of wood and it’s seen a lot of shoes over the years. It’s usually pretty warm in the studio, especially when there’s a big group practicing. We don't have any fancy lounge or anything, just some benches along the wall for people to put their bags. Trivandrum is a busy city, and people come here after work or school to blow off some steam. We have kids coming in for the early classes and then the older ones later on. Sometimes the speakers act up, and we have to fiddle with the wires to get the sound right. It’s not a perfect place, but it works for what we do. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who show up every day to keep the music going. There’s always a bit of dust in the air from all the movement. We just keep the doors open when we can and keep dancing. It is just our way of life here at the academy.
