Chandramohan & Associates

Our office is situated at No.1 Chaitanya in the Belhaven Garden area of Kowdiar. It’s on Palace Road, which is one of the nicer spots in Thiruvananthapuram. We are quite close to the RBI Quarters, which most locals use as a landmark to find us. Chandramohan & Associates has been around for a good while. The building we’re in has a bit of an old-world feel to it, which we quite like. It’s not one of those modern glass towers you see popping up everywhere. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our desks piled with papers. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of files to go through, but we have a system that works. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, apart from the occasional car or two going down Palace Road. We usually have the windows open to let in a bit of a breeze. It’s a very grounded place to work. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or high-tech gadgets all over the place. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep things simple. Sometimes clients drop by just to have a chat about their requirements, and we always have time for that. It feels more like a community here than a strictly professional zone. We’ve been here long enough that the postman knows us by name. It’s a comfortable, steady kind of place to spend the day.
