Chandra Mohan Associates

Our place is at number 1, Chaithanya, in the Belheaven Gardens area. It's right on Palace Road in Kowdiar. It’s a nice, quiet part of town compared to the main city center. Chandra Mohan Associates has been operating out of this spot for a while. We have a few rooms here where we handle all our paperwork and meetings. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, mostly because of the trees around the garden. We don't have a lot of walk-in traffic, so it stays pretty calm inside. We spend most of our hours looking at site surveys and coordinating with different people on their projects. There is always a stack of files on the main table that needs sorting. We aren't really the type of people who like big corporate offices with cubicles. We prefer this setup where we can just talk to each other and get things done. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the printer runs out of ink at the worst time, but we manage. People know us in Kowdiar as the ones who are always in the office late. We don't mind the long hours because there is always something that needs fixing or a plan that needs a second look. It’s a steady way of working that has suited us well over the years we've been here. We usually have the radio on low in the background while we work. It helps the day go by a bit faster when we are stuck on a difficult piece of work. Palace Road is a good place to be. It's close to everything but far enough from the noise to let us focus.
