You can find us at TC 31/1398 along the International Airport Road in Chakkai. We are in the Pettah area, right near the South Indian Bank. Ceezion Developers & Contractors is a local team that handles various building and contracting jobs around Thiruvananthapuram. The airport road is always busy, so there is a lot of noise and movement around our office. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the practical side of construction. It’s not just about drawing plans; it’s about making sure the workers have what they need and the foundation is solid. Sometimes we are stuck in the office doing accounts, but mostly we prefer being out where the actual work is happening. We’ve had this spot in Pettah for a while now. It's a convenient location for us to reach sites across the city. Building here means dealing with the heat and the humidity, which can be draining. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people trying to do a decent job for the folks who hire us. There are always challenges, like when a machine breaks down or the weather doesn't cooperate, but we just deal with it as it comes.
