Bond Builders & Consultants is over in Lenin Nagar, Nandavanam. We are in the Palayam area of Thiruvananthapuram. You can find us near Valsala Nursing Home. We do building work and some consulting on the side. It's a mix of things. We've been working in this field for a good while. Our office is a practical space. We have maps and plans rolled up on the tables. It’s not very fancy, just a place to get the work done. Nandavanam is a nice area. Being near the nursing home makes it easy to give directions. We have a small crew. We go out to sites a lot, so we aren't always sitting behind a desk. Construction is hard work, but we like it. We deal with local projects. Sometimes it's a small renovation, other times it’s something bigger. We don't make big promises, we just do what needs to be done. Palayam is quite central, so we can get around the city pretty easily from here. We've known some of our clients for years. People around here know where to find us. We don't do much advertising. Most people just hear about us from someone else. That’s how it usually goes in this business. We just keep doing our thing, day after day. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty with all the files, but we don't mind much as long as the work is moving.
