Blackstone Industries

Blackstone Industries is located over in the West Fort area. It’s an older part of town with a lot of history and the buildings have that heavy, solid feel to them. Our space isn't very modern, but it has plenty of room for the industrial work we handle every day. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood outside, but once you step inside, it’s mostly just the hum of the machines. We have a small group of people working here who have lived in the area for most of their lives. We don't have any flashy signs or bright lights out front. Most people just know the address and walk in when they need something. The floors are a bit stained from years of work and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't really affect how we get things done. We start the day early, usually before the sun gets too high, and just work through our list of tasks. There’s no big corporate structure here; it’s just a few of us making sure the orders are ready on time. West Fort is a good place for a business like ours because it’s easy for people to reach. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with whatever job is on the table that morning. It’s a quiet way to run a business, but it works for us and the people we deal with on a regular basis in this neighborhood.
