This part of Thiruvananthapuram is always buzzing because of the hospital nearby. There are always people and ambulances moving around, but our specific street in Kallampally is tucked away enough to be manageable. Nandanam is a sturdy building. We use it to host our consulting team. The interior is quite plain—just white walls, some wooden desks, and a lot of books. We do a lot of research and talking to clients on the phone. Sometimes the power goes out during a storm, and we have to wait a bit to get back to work, but that’s just how it is here in Kerala. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us who know each other well. We keep the place tidy, but it definitely looks like a working office with papers scattered around. We don't put on any acts. If you come by, you see us exactly as we are. We've been at this Kallampally location for a bit now and it feels like home. It is a good place.
