Bestland Properties Private Limited is based in the Hill View Building, specifically at A9 (19/1259). We are located right near the Medical College, so the area is always bustling with students, doctors, and patients. It’s a fast-paced neighborhood to work in. Our office in the Hill View Building is where we handle all our real estate business. It’s a functional space with white walls that could probably use a fresh coat of paint. We have several desks pushed together and a corner full of property brochures and legal documents. The view from the window isn't much, just the busy street and other buildings, but it lets in some light. We aren’t a big, polished corporation with a fleet of cars. Most of the time, it’s just us here, answering emails and talking to people who want to buy or sell land. The medical college area is a landmark, so it’s easy to tell people where to find us. We often grab lunch from the small cafes nearby. The office gets a bit warm in the middle of the day, even with the fan going, but we manage. It’s a practical place for a property business. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do our work, and head home like everyone else in the Hill View Building. It’s just how we get things done.
