Our office is a pretty simple place where we manage everything related to the homes we work on. Nalanchira is a nice part of town, and being near the station makes it feel like a very grounded location. We don’t have a massive team or a shiny glass office building. Instead, it’s just a practical space with some tables and a lot of files. We spend our mornings planning out what needs to happen next and our afternoons usually involve a lot of coordination. The neighborhood is friendly, and we see the same faces every day. We’ve built a bit of a routine here over the years. It’s not about being the biggest name in town; it’s just about doing the work we are supposed to do. Sometimes the rainy season slows things down a bit, but we just adjust and keep going. We like being in Pranavum Nagar and being a part of the local scene. It’s just us, a small group of people working out of a quiet corner of Nalanchira.
