We are located at J65 in Jothi Nager, which is part of the Kesavadh Sapuram area. Benson Medical Equipments India Private Limited is run from this building. It’s a decent sized spot, enough to keep all our medical equipment without it getting too messy. The area is mostly quiet, which is nice for getting work done. We have a few rooms set aside for the different parts of the business. One room is just for the computers and the billing, and the other is where we keep the boxes. We spend a lot of our time checking the equipment to make sure it’s ready to go out. The people who work here are mostly locals from around the Nager. We don’t have a big fancy sign out front, just a simple one so people know they’re at the right house. Dealing with medical gear means we have to be careful with how we handle things. It’s not a high-pressure environment, though we do get busy when several orders come in at once. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish the packing, but usually, we’re out by the evening. It’s a steady job. We’ve been at J65 for years and don’t really see ourselves moving anytime soon. It’s home for the business and it works for us. The tea stall down the road is where we usually go for our afternoon break.
