Associated Construction & Engineering

Our office is in the Shafeek Building over in Kallambalam. It is right in Balaramapuram, not far from the SBI ATM. People usually find us by looking for that landmark. Associated Construction & Engineering has been operating out of this spot in Thiruvananthapuram for several years. We do a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to local building projects. Engineering isn't always pretty, it's mostly about making sure things don't fall down and everything is level. The traffic in Balaramapuram can be a nightmare in the afternoons, so we try to get our site visits done early. Inside the office, it's pretty quiet, mostly just the sound of a ceiling fan and someone typing. We deal with a lot of local clients who just want their shops or houses fixed up properly. There is always a stack of permits waiting to be signed. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word usually gets around by people seeing our trucks or the sites we are working on. We focus on the practical side of construction. If a pipe leaks or a wall isn't straight, we're the ones who have to figure it out. It's tiring work sometimes, especially in the heat, but it is what we know how to do. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the ground and the local weather patterns well. It is just a regular local business doing its thing.
