Over in Pattom, you will find Aorta Nidhi Limited. We are located at Marappalam, specifically in a place called ‘Sivam’ which is house TC 4/2164/5. It is in Kalpaka Nagar, pin code 695004. Trivandrum can be a bit hectic, but this little pocket of Pattom is where we do our thing. The office is part of the 'Sivam' building. It’s a real place with real people. We have a few rooms set up for the work we do. It’s not some polished office with marble floors. It’s just a regular building where we spend our nine to five. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day—kids playing or someone calling out on the street. It makes the day go by faster. We focus on the tasks at hand and don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just handle the business for Aorta Nidhi Limited as it comes. Most of our neighbors know the 'Sivam' house in Kalpaka Nagar. It’s a familiar landmark for us. We keep the doors open and the files organized as best as we can. It’s just a normal group of folks working in a normal part of Thiruvananthapuram. No more, no less. We’ve been here for a while and it feels like home.
