Anandu Allu Designs

Started the place here in Thiruvananthapuram a while back. It’s mostly just us sitting at desks with screens and trying to figure out what looks right for each project. Some days it is quiet, and other days the phone won't stop. We don’t have a big fancy office or anything, just enough room to get the work done. You can find us here most mornings after the traffic settles down. It’s a lot of sketching and clicking around. We started small and stayed that way because it’s easier to manage things ourselves. Sometimes the tea guy comes by twice if we are working late. We don't really do big meetings. Most of our day is spent looking at colors and lines. If you walk past, you might see us through the window just focused on the monitors. Thiruvananthapuram is a good place to be, though the humidity can get to the equipment sometimes. We have some old chairs that we probably should replace, but they are comfortable for long hours. Every design we finish goes out the door after we’ve looked at it ten times. We just try to make things that people can actually use. There isn’t much more to it than that. We open the shutters, turn on the lights, and start working on whatever is on the list for that day. It keeps us busy and we like the routine of it all. It is just Anandu Allu Designs doing its thing.
