If you are looking for Amrita Sree Nidhi Limited, we are over at TC 28/1109 in the Sreekandeswaram Fort area of Thiruvananthapuram. The building is known as Mudaliyasvilaham Veedu. It is an older part of the city, which gives the whole neighborhood a very specific feel, different from the newer developments. Our office is right there in that house-turned-office space. It is quite a central spot, so we get a fair amount of people walking by or stopping in while they are out doing their errands near the Fort. We spend our mornings going over the books and making sure everything is in order. It is a bit of a traditional setting, not like those glass-and-steel offices you see in the tech parks. We have a few desks set up and some filing cabinets that are usually full. The staff here is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything to keep the place running. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we have some fans going to keep it comfortable for whoever comes in. We’ve been part of this area for a while now and most of our work involves helping out the local people with their small savings and other needs they have. It’s a straightforward, honest kind of place to work. We don't have many fancy gadgets, just what's needed.
