Our place is in the Corporation Building on MG Road. If you know Thiruvananthapuram, you know MG Road is the main stretch. We’re right in the middle of it all. Altima Airtravel has been operating from here for a long time. The building is a bit older, and the elevator can be a little slow sometimes, but we like it here. Our office is a working space. There are papers everywhere and we usually have the radio playing softly in the background. We mainly focus on air travel. Dealing with all the different airlines and their changing prices is what we do all day. We don’t try to make it sound more complicated than it is. We just look up the flights and tell you the options. We don't have any shiny posters or big displays. It’s just us and our computers. We get a lot of people who work nearby dropping in during their lunch break. They want to book a flight home or a quick holiday. We try to be quick and efficient because we know people are busy. We don’t go for any fancy sales tactics. We just provide the service and move on to the next task. It’s a simple way of doing business and it seems to work for us. Being on MG Road means there’s always something to see out the window while we’re on the phone.
