Aadithya Builders & Developers is located on the first floor of the Oasis Building in Vanchiyoor. If you know where Triveni Hospital is, we are right near there in Trivandrum. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and half-empty tea cups. We have been working in this area for quite some time now. Building things in Thiruvananthapuram comes with its own set of challenges, like the narrow roads and the sudden rains that stop work for hours. We handle a bit of everything, from small house repairs to larger development projects around the city. Our team is small, mostly just a few guys who have known each other for years. We aren't really the type to sit in meetings all day. Usually, we are out at a site in Vanchiyoor or somewhere else in the district checking on how the walls are coming along. It's a lot of manual coordination. We get our materials from local suppliers we trust. Sometimes projects take longer than we want because of labor issues or permit delays, but that's just the reality of building houses here. The office door is usually open, though we might be out on a site visit. We like being centrally located near the hospital because everyone knows the landmark. It makes it easier for people to find us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing without making things more complicated than they need to be.
