A M Tours & Travels

You can find us over in the Plaza Building in Pothencode. We are right near the KSEB office, so most people in this part of Thiruvananthapuram know exactly where that is. The office for A M Tours & Travels is pretty straightforward. We have a couple of computers, some plastic chairs for customers, and a lot of papers scattered around. It’s a busy building with people coming and going all the time. We spend most of our day on the phone or checking flight and bus timings. It isn't always exciting work, but it’s what we’ve been doing for a long time. Pothencode is a good place to be because it’s a bit away from the heavy city traffic, though it still gets its fair share of noise. We don't have a big corporate setup or anything. It's just a few of us making sure that people’s tickets are booked correctly and their transport is ready. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit and wait for it to come back on. We know a lot of the local families who come to us whenever they need to travel for a wedding or a holiday. We don’t do much in the way of advertising. Usually, someone just tells their neighbor about us. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business in our neighborhood.
