You can find our office at No 15/23 in the Krishnapuram Extension, specifically in the Manthopu area of Ambattur. We’re in Thiruvallur, so it’s a bit of a way out from the city center, but it’s a good community. Ug Global Study Overseas (Opc) Private Limited is mostly a one-person company, hence the OPC in our name, so things are very personal here. When someone walks in, they’re usually nervous about going abroad to study. We sit down in the back room and look at all the different countries and what they offer. A lot of paperwork is involved. Dealing with transcripts, passport copies, and application forms takes up the whole day. The office is a bit cluttered with folders and files, but we know where everything is. There isn't a big reception desk or a bunch of staff in suits. It’s just a practical space where we get work done. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to say hello or ask a quick question. Most of our time is spent on the computer checking for updates from universities. It’s a slow process sometimes, and we have to tell people to be patient. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. Helping people from Ambattur and nearby areas figure out their next steps is what we do. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. No big promises are made; we just try to get the applications through without any mistakes.
