Our office is over at No.12, Sundar Babu Nagar in Veppampattu. It's a quiet enough area most of the time. Suba Sri Homes Private Limited is basically just us working through the daily tasks of housing and land. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t even need a map to find our way around the backstreets anymore. Some days are busier than others, especially when there’s a lot of paperwork to clear or people coming in with questions about plots. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing with suits and big presentations. Usually, it's just a cup of tea and a chat about what’s available. We like being in Veppampattu because it feels like a real community. You get to know the neighbors and the local shops. Dealing with homes is a lot of back and forth, but we stay on top of it as best we can. Sometimes things get a bit messy with all the documents, but we sort it out eventually. We aren't fancy people. We just run this business from our little spot in Sundar Babu Nagar and try to keep things moving. It’s a lot of responsibility, sure, but it’s what we do. If you walk past No.12, you’ll likely see one of us through the window working on a laptop or talking on the phone. It's just a normal day-to-day life for us here. We keep a few chairs out front for when it gets too hot inside. It's nothing special, just our way of working.
