Seesaw Foundation

We’re located at 87, 18th Avenue, in the Banu Nagar area of Pudur, Ambattur. Our name is Seesaw Foundation. We aren't some huge group with a big budget. Most of us are just neighbors who wanted to do something for the community. Our office is a regular building on a busy street. It’s not very fancy inside, but it’s where we get our work done. We spend most of our time dealing with local issues and trying to be helpful where we can. Ambattur is a place where everyone is working hard, and we are no different. We don’t have a marketing department to tell us how to talk to people. We just say things as they are. Sometimes the work is slow and frustrating, but we keep showing up at 18th Avenue every morning. We handle a lot of different things, from helping people with paperwork to just being a place where folks can talk. It’s not always organized, and we often have to figure things out as we go. We don't use fancy English or corporate jargon because that’s not who we are. We’re just a small foundation trying to do some good in our own neighborhood. We’ve been here for a while and we know the people in Banu Nagar. It’s a simple life, but it’s real work that we feel good about doing.
