Our office is at Plot No 2 in Indra Nagar, which is in the Menambedu part of Ambattur. Rtv Infrastructure Private Limited is not a difficult place to find if you are familiar with this side of town. Most of our day is spent dealing with the heavy side of things like pipes, gravel, and big machines. It is dusty work, and our boots are almost always covered in mud or grit from the sites. We do not spend much time sitting in air-conditioned rooms. Most of the time, we are out there making sure the ground is level or the drainage is being laid properly. It is not glamorous work, but someone has to do it to keep the city running. We have a small crew and we have all worked together for a long time. Sometimes we just sit on the back of a truck to eat our lunch and talk about the next job. Dealing with roads and power lines in this part of Chennai takes a lot of patience. There are always delays because of the weather or materials not arriving when they should. We just take it as it comes and keep moving forward. It is about manual labor and practical thinking at the end of the day.
