RIO ASSETS IX LLP

Our place is at RIO ASSETS IX LLP, located right in the Udhayam Complex on Plot No.5A. If you know this part of town, it's on A.N Elumalai Salai, though most people around here just call it Oil Mill Road. We are based in Iyyappanthangal, not too far from Poonamallee. It’s a busy part of Tiruvallur, but we sort of like the noise and the energy of it. We’ve been set up here for a while now. The complex is pretty easy to find once you get on the main road, though parking can be a bit of a gamble sometimes. It's not a flashy office or anything, just a practical space where we handle our business tasks. We’re just local people working in a local spot. The traffic on Oil Mill Road can be something else during the morning rush, but that’s just life in Chennai. We spend our days here focusing on the work that needs to get done. There are plenty of small shops nearby so it’s easy for the team to grab a bite. We don’t really go for big announcements or that polished corporate talk you see online. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. Being in Iyyappanthangal feels right for us. It’s a grounded place with real people. We have a small team here at Plot 5A. We've gotten to know the other shop owners in the complex pretty well over the months. It feels like a normal workplace.
