RIA GRUHAM PRIVATE LIMITED

We are over in Avadi at the old number 24 on Annai Therasa Street. Most people know it as new number 18 now. It's right in Sridevi Nagar. We've been at RIA GRUHAM PRIVATE LIMITED for a bit now. It's just a regular office space where we handle our daily work. Nothing fancy at all. Just some folks from the neighborhood doing what we do every day. Sometimes the street gets a bit busy with people and scooters but we like being here. It’s a quiet enough spot most days once you get inside. We deal with the usual business stuff here. The building isn't huge, but it fits us just fine for now. If you’re around Sridevi Nagar, you probably passed by our door without even noticing it. That's fine by us, really. We keep things simple and try not to make a big fuss. It’s just how we operate. We’ve stayed in this part of Chennai because it’s where we started and we know the people. The address change from 24 to 18 took some getting used to for the postman. But we are still in the same physical spot. It's a local operation, nothing too big or flashy. Just a few of us making sure things get done right each day. We don't have those big glass walls or fancy coffee machines. Just a solid, plain place to work from in Avadi. We've seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but our little office stays pretty much the same.
