At ORNATE DESIGN AND BUILD PRIVATE LIMITED, we operate out of Mugalivakkam. Our office is situated in Opulence Ville on Sarojini Street, specifically Plot No A-2 in Ramamoorthy Avenue. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main city center, which helps us focus on the design side of things. We’ve got a small group here that handles both the drawing and the actual physical building work. We aren't some massive corporation with layers of management. If you call, you’re usually talking to the person who’s actually going to be at the site the next day. We spend a lot of time worrying about the small details that people might not even notice at first. Mugalivakkam is a growing spot, and we’ve seen plenty of new houses go up around us. We try to keep our feet on the ground and just do what we say we're going to do. The office has plenty of coffee and a lot of rolled-up plans sitting in the corners. It’s a practical workspace, not a showroom. We deal with all sorts of challenges, from finding reliable labor to making sure the materials are what we ordered. It’s not always easy, and some days are definitely longer than others. But we like the process of seeing something go from a sketch on a piece of paper to a real structure that people can actually use. That’s why we’re here on Sarojini Street every day, making things happen step by step for our clients.
