Our setup is out in Polivakkam, specifically in Vijaya Nagar at 2/671. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, but it suits us fine. We handle edible foodstuffs here. The area is quiet mostly, which is nice for working. We aren't some massive corporation with a glass building. It’s just a practical space where we can get things done without too much fuss. The post office is nearby, which is handy for our mail. Most of the people working here are from the local village. We know each other's families well. It makes the day go by faster when you’re working with people you know and trust. We don’t have any big slogans or fancy mission statements. We just show up in the morning, do the work, and go home to our families. Sometimes we have to deal with the rain making the roads a bit messy, but that’s just how it is in this part of the country. We focus on the quality of what we are packing. It’s simple work but it has to be done right every time. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there's a problem, we just talk it out over lunch or a quick break. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We like the pace of life here. It’s not as fast as Chennai, but we still get a lot done. We just stay busy and keep moving.
