Ndr Unique Space Private Limited is located at No -54, B Block -103 in the Sreekaram Apartments. We are over in Pallavan Nagar, Madurvoyal. It is a quiet enough spot to get our work done. We focus on creating spaces for people to live and work. The office is right inside the apartment complex, which makes it feel a bit more like a home than a regular business. We aren't big on flashy presentations. We mostly just sit down with a cup of tea and go over floor plans. Madurvoyal is growing fast, and we are right in the middle of it. Sometimes the local construction noise gets a bit loud, but that's what happens when an area is developing. We handle the design side and the actual construction management. It takes a lot of phone calls to keep everything on track. We've had days where the rain stops everything, and other days where we can't work fast enough. Dealing with vendors is a big part of what we do. We try to find reliable people who won't disappear halfway through a project. It’s a lot of small details that most people don't think about, like where the pipes go or how much cement we need. Being in B Block means we see our neighbors every day. It keeps things grounded. We just want to build things that last for the people here.
