We are based out of B Block-103 in the Sreekaram Apartments over in Pallavan Nagar. Madurvoyal is where we spend most of our time. It’s a growing area, and being right here in the middle of it helps us keep an eye on things. Ndr Holdings Private Limited isn't a huge operation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us working out of this apartment. We’ve set up the rooms with basic desks and filing cabinets. It’s comfortable and it works for what we do every day. Pallavan Nagar has its own rhythm, and we’ve gotten used to the neighbors and the local shops nearby. Our day usually starts early with a lot of phone calls to different sites. Property holding involves a lot of waiting for things to happen, like clearances and signatures from the office. We spend quite a bit of time driving out to different spots and then coming back here to write everything down in the registers. The walls are a bit plain and we could probably use a better light in the back room, but it doesn't bother us much. We’re focused on the actual work. People usually find us through word of mouth or by looking up the address at No-54. It’s not a fancy glass office. It’s a real place where we handle the details of land and buildings. We like that we are in a residential area because it keeps us grounded.
