You’ll find our office at Flat 46, Block V of the Maansarovar Raja Apartments. We’re right at 11A Arcot Road in Porur. It’s a busy part of the city, and we’re right in the thick of it. MANANYAA BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is a small operation, mostly just a few of us who have been in the construction game for a long time. We don’t have a flashy storefront or a big sign. We just work out of our space in the apartment complex and spend most of our time at the actual building sites. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using fancy words to describe what we do. We build stuff. Sometimes it's a renovation, sometimes it's something from the ground up. Porur is growing fast, and there’s always someone needing a wall fixed or a new room added. We keep our overhead low so we don't have to charge people crazy prices. We’re just regular folks who understand how stressful building can be for a homeowner. We try to make it a bit easier by being straight with people and showing up when we say we will. We aren't perfect, and sometimes there are delays with the weather or the labor, but we always stay till the job is done. It’s honest work and we’re happy to be doing it here in this neighborhood.
