We set up Lyonns Global Ventures Private Limited over on Poonthamalle High Roadvanagaram in the Sivaboodam area. Specifically, we’re at 91/31. If you’ve ever driven down this road in Chennai, you know the traffic is something else, especially with all the trucks and buses moving toward the highway. It’s a busy, noisy part of town, but it’s practical for what we do. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we handle our daily operations. We deal with a lot of different things, hence the name, but at the end of the day, we’re just a local team working out of a small office. Inside, it’s mostly just us at our computers or talking on the phone with various people. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria. We usually just order something from the local place or bring our lunch from home. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, especially when the power goes out or the internet slows down, but we just keep at it. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to run a decent business and pay the bills. It’s honest work, and we like the people we work with. That’s about all there is to it, really. No big corporate secrets here, just people doing their jobs the best they can every single day.
