KG Green India Properties Private Limited is based out of Pushpa Nagar Main Road in Poonamallee. If you know the area, we are at Plot 3 and 4, which is easy enough to find. This part of Tiruvallur is always moving, and we are right there in the thick of it. We deal with properties, which basically means we spend our time talking about land, houses, and legal documents. The office gets a bit dusty because of the road work nearby, but that’s just how it is around here. We don’t really have a polished way of talking about what we do. It is just about finding good spots for people and making sure the titles are clear. Sometimes the paperwork takes forever, and we spend hours at the local offices. It can be frustrating, but it’s part of the job. We have a few desks, some plastic chairs for visitors, and a lot of tea. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Tamil Nadu. We just want to do our work properly so we can go home at the end of the day feeling okay. Most of the people who come by are locals or folks looking to move into the area. We talk to them plainly and tell them what we know. It is a straightforward business without any hidden layers or complicated talk. We just focus on the plots we have available right now.
