We've been over at Santorini Project in Kuthambakkam for a bit now. Our office is in Cluster L-F, up on the fourth floor at flat 403. It's a busy spot near Padur Road. Managing houses and buildings isn't always easy, but it’s what we do every day. People around Thiruvallur know where to find us if they need help with their rentals or just keeping an eye on a property while they're away. It started out small, just a few of us trying to keep things organized. We handle the paperwork, talk to tenants, and make sure the leaks get fixed. Sometimes the phone rings more than we’d like, especially on weekends, but that’s just how property management goes. We aren't a giant office with fancy suits. It’s mostly just sitting at the desks, checking lists, and driving out to the sites. We know the roads around here well. If you’re coming from the main part of Thiruvallur, it takes a little while to get out to our side, but we like the quiet of the Santorini area. We deal with all sorts of situations, some tricky and some straightforward. It's about being there when someone calls about a broken lock or a payment question. We just try to keep things running so the owners don't have to worry too much. It’s a lot of coordination, really. We spend time coordinating with plumbers and electricians across the local area. It keeps us on our toes most days. We even handle the gardening schedules sometimes.
