J.M. JEYNAT CHIT FUND PRIVATE LIMITED

Our place is in Manali New Town, at number 89/68. Chennai is a huge city, but Manali New Town has a bit of a slower feel to it. We run the J.M. JEYNAT chit fund from here. The office is a practical space, filled with the usual things like desks, chairs, and stacks of paper. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big sales team. It’s just us doing the daily accounting and talking to the members. Most of our work involves keeping track of the monthly auctions and the payments people make. We use the 600103 pin code as our base. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for what we need. We spend our time writing in registers and checking the math. It’s a lot of manual work, but we think it’s better that way. People come in from around the neighborhood, and we often chat about local news while we handle the business. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just show up every day and make sure everything is in order. Some days it gets a bit busy, especially at the end of the month, but we just take it one person at a time. It’s a simple, local business that has been part of Manali for a while now.
