Our place is located at No 51/14 in Manali New Town. We’ve been operating as a general and maternity hospital for a good bit of time now. It’s a neighborhood spot where people come for all sorts of things, from a basic fever to having a baby. The maternity side of things keeps us pretty busy, and there’s usually the sound of a little one crying or a family waiting around in the hallway. It isn't some big, polished medical center you’d find in the middle of a city. It’s just a practical building in Manali where the local families know they can walk in. We have doctors and nurses who are used to the daily rush. Sometimes we run out of chairs in the waiting area, but nobody seems to mind much. We don't go in for big marketing talk or fancy promises. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. If someone is sick, we see them. If a baby is coming, we get ready. It’s a straightforward way of running things. We like being in Manali New Town because we know the people here. We’ve seen kids born here grow up and start coming back with their own families. It’s just a regular hospital doing regular work for the people nearby. We keep the doors open and try to be helpful as much as we can. Every day is a little different but we stay busy with the local crowd and the new mothers.
