We are over here at Balaji Avenue, specifically on 1st Main Road in Krishnapuram. People around Ponneri and Tiruvallur mostly know where we are. We started Ishan Contractors & Builders Private Limited because we wanted to handle local building work ourselves. It is not a huge fancy office, just a place where we get the paperwork done for our construction projects. We spend a lot of time out at sites in the Tiruvallur area. Most days involve talking to suppliers and checking on the brickwork. It gets dusty, but that is how building goes. We have been doing this for a while now. The team is just a few local guys who know how to put a structure together properly. We don’t have a big sales team or anything like that. If someone needs a wall built or a house started, they usually just drop by the office or find us through someone we know. It is basic work, but it keeps us busy. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, but we just keep going. We handle the contracting side of things and try to make sure the builders have what they need. Krishnapuram is a growing spot, so there is always something to fix or build. We keep our tools ready and just focus on the job at hand. Nothing too complicated about it. We are just a local crew doing our thing in this part of Tamil Nadu. Every day is different and we just handle things as they come.
