Golden Peacock Constructions Privatelimited is based out of No 17 First Main Road in Ashok Nandavanam. This is in the Noombal area of Chennai. It’s a growing part of town, so there is always something going on nearby. We spend a lot of time checking on sites and making sure the trucks get to where they need to go. The office is usually full of maps and sketches that someone has drawn on. We are not very fancy people. Most of us have dirt under our fingernails from being out at the sites. We started this because we liked seeing things get built from the ground up. It’s a tough business and sometimes we wonder why we do it when the costs go up or the rain won’t stop. But then a house gets finished and it looks good, so we keep going. We don't really do any big ads. Most of our work comes from people who saw what we did down the street. We just try to be honest about how long things will take, even if it’s not what people want to hear. Building takes time, and there are always surprises. We just deal with them and move on to the next task. Our address in Noombal is easy to find if you are in the neighborhood. We are usually there unless we are out at a site.
