GOAT PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED

We are Goat Properties Private Limited, based out of Redhills. Our small office is at No. 55 on PWD Street. It’s a pretty busy road most mornings, so we usually get in early to beat the crowd. Chennai 600052 is our home base and we’ve seen it grow quite a bit over the years. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a door on the street with our name on it. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, a lot of folders, and a coffee machine that works when it feels like it. We spend most of our time dealing with local property matters. Whether it's a small piece of land or something else, we just handle the paperwork. Redhills has its own pace and we like it here. It's not like the middle of the city where everything is rushed. We talk to a lot of neighbors who are looking to buy or sell things. There’s no big sales pitch here. We just tell people what we know. Most days are spent on the phone or driving around to look at different spots nearby. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s a practical setup for us. We don't have a fancy reception desk, just a couple of us working through the day's tasks. The paperwork can be a real headache sometimes, but that is just part of the job. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things from being too quiet. It’s a decent way to spend the day.
