You’ll find Genre Homes Private Limited over in Madura Garden. We are on P.H Road in Maduravoyal, Chennai. The address used to be Old No. 491, but now it’s officially New No. 15. It can be a bit confusing if you’re using an old map or if you haven't been around here in a few years, but we’re still in the same physical spot. Being on P.H Road means it’s easy to get to us, though the traffic can be a real headache during the evening. The office is inside the Madura Garden area. It’s a practical place to work and doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a downtown high-rise. It’s just a standard office with the basic stuff we need to function. We’ve been here for a good while and have seen Maduravoyal grow and change quite a bit. There’s a lot of new construction and movement around here these days. We just keep our heads down and focus on our own work. Most of us are local people, so we know the area like the back of our hands. We aren't here to try and impress anyone with fancy corporate talk or big promises. We just provide our service and try to be as honest as possible about what we do. It’s a regular day-to-day life for us here at New No. 15. We just show up, do what’s needed, and try to keep things moving forward.
